Fresh fillet, coated in our own beer batter. Deep

TUNA STEAK
A 200gm/6-8oz tuna steak drizzled with basil oil,
char-grilled and served on creamy parmesan potato mash
POACHED SALMON
Fresh salmon fillet poached with lemon and accompanied
with Hollandaise sauce if you wish (optional)
QUEENIE SCALLOPS
Either pan fried in lemon and parsley or flamed in
Pernod and bound in a creamy sauce (WHEN AVAILABLE)
